Filling packer with anchor











Procedure



    
	
  • Clean the borehole with a blow-out lance
    • 
	
  • Insert stainless steel anchors centric into the boreholes using suitable spacers
and filling packers
    • 
	
  • Mix the DESOI AnchorNox® dry mortar and prepare the screw pump
    • 
	
  • Inject filling material, the existing air can escape through the venting hose (after
complete venting kink the hose) the borehole will be completely filled
    • 
	
  • Close the filling packer with the cap
    • 
	
  • Remove the filling packer after hardening of the material
    • 
	
  • Seal boreholes
    •

Procedure



    
	
  • Clean the borehole with a blow-out lance

  • Put the stainless steel anchor centric in the borehole with a suitable spacer, material pipe and filling piece
    • 
	
  • Screw the locking piece onto the material line
    • 
	
  • Mix the DESOI AnchorNox® dry mortar and prepare the screw pump
    • 
	
  • Inject injection material until the material emerges from the vent, close with a plug
    • 
	
  • Fill the hole with anchor mortar from the end of the borehole, deaerated
    • 
	
  • Pull back the material line slowly during the filling and fill all cavaties
    • 
	
  • Close the filling piece with a plug (borehole Ø 10.5 mm)
    •

DESOI Single load control unit












The patented DESOI Single load control unit is a device for tensioning structures and keeping constant the tensile load. It is able to compensate peak loadings damaging a structure, caused by loads of varying intensity, as e. g. vibrations (heavy goods traffic, bell ringing), changes in temperature and moisture, wind loads, etc.

 

The DESOI Single load control unit is pre-tensioned on a calculated value, and keeps this load constant. An electronic measuring system can record the force path. The installation can take place either with compound effect (compound mortar) or with contact connection (connecting rod / endplate), both, visible or hidden.
