Managing Director and senior partner Siegfried Desoi made it a personal point to honour the employees himself - true to his motto "What is a company without its employees".
He personally thanked the following employees with a certificate, congratulations and flowers:
10 years with the company

- Gerlinde Blum, Production Management Assistant, with a simultaneous farewell to her well-deserved retirement.
30 years with the company
- Uwe Flügel, Commercial and Technical Design Manager
- Regina Desoi, Managing Director Managing Directors
Martin and Regina Desoi also thanked everyone else for their commitment and good cooperation over the past twelve months, wished them happy holidays and all the best for 2024. A lovely Christmas party 2023 ended with contributions from the new colleagues who joined the company this year, music and good conversation.
